Media Buyer and Social Media Manager · Palawan, Philippines
I keep your marketing organized, approved and on schedule.
I run Meta ads and manage social media for Philippine real-estate businesses, and I also edit video and design graphics. I use AI tools to move faster, and I check every output before it reaches a client.
In marketing since 2022.
Working remotely from Palawan, 10 AM to 6 PM Philippine Time (UTC+8)
About me
I keep clients, designers, copywriters and video editors organized and on schedule. I work from written plans, dated files and one source of truth, so everyone knows what is due, who owns it and what is approved.
I direct the work and set the priorities. AI tools help me research, draft and handle complex CRM tasks, and I check every output against the source data and the client's approved rules before it goes anywhere.
I have worked in marketing since 2022, and I am based in Palawan, Philippines, working remotely.

-
Client performance reports
Short weekly reports on spend, reach, conversations and cost per result, week over week, in plain language.

Weekly reporting and content scheduling for a three-Page real-estate brokerage (Laguna)
- Situation
- Three Facebook Pages each promoted a different seminar (buyers, investors, broker recruitment). The business needed one weekly view of results and a steady posting schedule.
- What I did
- I built a separate weekly content calendar for each Page, briefed the visual and caption work against those dates, drafted first captions with AI tools and edited them, prepared a two-week, 14-post review sheet with an APPROVE / REVISE box per post, and sent a plain-language week-over-week ads report.
- Tools
- Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Docs and Sheets, Google Drive, Canva.
- Result
- For Sep 28 to Oct 4, 2026: 437 Messenger conversations from ₱12,715.00 in spend, ₱29.10 per conversation. The week before was ₱65.04. Every post needed client approval before it went out.
-
GoHighLevel lead-qualification cleanup
- Situation
- 350 October broker-recruitment leads had empty qualification fields and all sat at "New Inquiry".
- What I did
- I wrote a simple qualification rubric, used AI-assisted review on every conversation and checked the results myself, planned the changes in a dry-run sheet, changed nothing until the client approved, saved a before-snapshot for rollback, then updated and re-checked each record.
- Tools
- GoHighLevel, Google Sheets.
- Result
- All 350 leads classified: 44 Qualified, 116 Working, 190 Unqualified. All re-checked, 0 failed updates. 38 opportunities moved out of "New Inquiry": 32 to Qualified, 6 to Registration Pending.
-
Weekly ads review and reply-script approval for a farm-lot seller (Cavite)
- Situation
- Steady Messenger inquiries, but replies rarely moved leads forward and a few unapproved price terms had gone out in chats.
- What I did
- I ran a weekly AI-assisted campaign review, listed every budget and creative change as a proposal and changed nothing live without approval, and took a standard reply script through client revision rounds until it was approved.
- Tools
- Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel conversations, Google Docs.
- Result
- For Oct 12 to 18, 2026: ₱3,860.22 spent for 105 Messenger conversations at ₱36.76 each (prior week: 92 at ₱40.67). The lead review covered 145 leads, median first reply 11 minutes. The approved script became the single reference for chat replies.
-
Campaign review and new-video plan for a farm-lot brokerage
- Situation
- Several live Messenger campaigns, and no clear picture of what worked before briefing new videos.
- What I did
- I did a read-only, AI-assisted review of every live campaign, ad set and video over 7, 14, 30 and 90-day windows, flagged setup issues such as ad set names that no longer matched their audiences, and turned the findings into a video plan the editor could work from. Every change was a recommendation for approval.
- Tools
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Drive, Google Docs.
- Result
- For the 30 days to Oct 5, 2026: ₱46,816.53 spent for 1,328 Messenger conversations at ₱35.25 each. One document showed what to keep, what to fix and what to brief next.

How I keep work on schedule
- Plan. One written plan per week lists every post, ad and deliverable, its owner and due date.
- Brief. Designers, copywriters and editors get specs, sizes, copy rules and a deadline in writing before work starts.
- Approve. Nothing is posted or changed in an ad account or CRM until the client approves it, and I keep the record.
- Report. Short, honest reports: highlights first, then context, then recommendations and a clear next step.
